Order Notification

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the estimated delivery time. When your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with the tracking number of your shipment. Please note that if your order has more than 1 item you may receive multiple shipments. All items are subject to availability.

Please note that e-mailed delivery dates are not always guaranteed delivery dates, and any change in delivery schedule is not the responsibility of Eva Sayville. If we are unable to provide you with the item you ordered within your time frame then your credit card will be refunded the full amount you paid.

Your Contact Information

Please confirm that your email address is accurate and if necessary, add info@evasayville.com to your white list so our emails about your order aren't flagged as spam. A phone number is required should we need to contact you about your order.

Special Orders

Special order dresses are designs that can be ordered from the designer. When your order is processed we will provide a ship date. Once the order is confirmed we are unable to cancel these items.

Order Cancellation

Orders in stock may be cancelled prior to processing. If you wish to cancel your order after it has processed, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your payment. Special Orders can not be canceled and are are not refundable. All sale items are final sale, no store credit.

Store Credit

Our store credit can be applied to any product seen on our site. Any remaining balance can only be applied to another order; it cannot be exchange for any type of refund and never expires.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale, no store credit.

Sales Tax

All orders are shipped out of New York. New York State sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within New York State.

Methods of Payment

EvaSayville accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

Credit Card Payments

Your credit card will be authorized when you place your order and charged once it's processed. Please note that if you cancel your order, your bank can take 7-10 business days to release the funds back into your account (up to 30 calendar days for Middle Eastern banks). All customers are subject to credit card verification. Your billing information must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any information is different we will not be able to process your order or we may request that you submit your payment with PayPal.


Please be careful when choosing the size of your item. We have no control and accept no responsibility for the sizing you select. *Please check the provided size chart to ensure correct sizing*.

Colors vary by monitor and computer settings. Therefore Eva Sayville is not responsible for any variations in color due to monitors, fabrics, lighting, dye lots.

Eva Sayville merchandise is inspected by a quality assurance team. Your merchandise will arrive inspected and ready for your occasion.

Eva Sayville is not responsible for any repairs due to loose beads/appliqués. Please note it is common to receive a dress with loose beads, therefore the dress can not be considered defective.
